Hi, My problem encountered is
- when i click on the excel's cell, i'm unable to type in the word directly unless i double click on each of the cell only can type.
After tried to restart the excel, then it works.
May I know any cause on this or any solution for this?Because it keeps happening out of sudden and i have tried to reinstall and disable all the adds-on but still the same.
Anyone can help?!!

If we click on the user and go to the Office install option, here we click on deactivate office. Its mean this user is no more active on this device for office 365 ProPlus?
When we will deactivate the office for the user then after how many days it will be deactivate. Because after deactivation, the grace period will be start for 5 days. How we can force deactivate grace period too?

When I try to export a power point file into a PDF I get this message. (Microsoft PowerPoint - An Error occurred while PowerPoint was saving the file.)
Doesn't happen with all my PP files. Just a few.
What is the cause and what are some options?
The PC is on a domain/network.
No changes or updates recently made to the PC.

I have a user who used to be able to see Room finder on her Outlook client (2013). However, one day, she can't find it anymore and when I checked and logged as my self, I can see the Room Finder icon. User tried to login on a different machine, with same results. Other users can see Room Finder except for her. I have tried adding it but to no avail, the Room finder is greyed out under Addins. I also followed some web instructions on how to add and remove Addins, but to no avail again.
Please advise on where I can look and check why this is happening?

I am using O365 with IMAP and SMTP access.
I notice that anytime I have to connect through IMAP or anytime I have to send an email it takes ages to connect (exactly 10sec).
It is very easy to reproduce the issue and it is always 10sec before my email client is actually moving data.
After theses 10sec the bytes transfer is good, but I always have to wait this "idle" time and I don't know why.
It happens just after the TLS certificate negociation and it is very easy to see it on a packet capture.
Any idea what can cause this issue?
Tested on mutt and Thunderbird, on two different computers with the exact same symptom for IMAP sync or SMTP.

We currently have deployed Office 365 Pro Plus to about 300 users. Our O365 tenant name (let's call it ourtenant.org) is different from our on-premise AD name because we don't own our domain name. (We're part of a local government and the county IT group owns the root, ourdomain.com. We're an agency and our domain is agency.ourdomain.com.)
We're synching users to our tenant and their logins are username@ourdomain.onmicrosoft.com. That's how our users are licensed for O365.
To help us better use O365, we are getting ready to add a new UPN to our AD. The new UPN will be @ourtenant.org. We want to also make sure that the user names arefirstname.lastname@ourtenant.org as well.
I'm concerned what will happen to the existing users who are licensed for O365 Pro Plus. Will the name change force them to re-register Office on their systems? Or will Azure AD know that the synced object is the same as the old one but it just has a different UPN.

Is there any API that will allow us to convert Outlook 2013's OST to PST format using .Net?
We can convert Outlook 2010 OST to PST but the same process doesn't work in Outlook 2013. Will it work or get corrupted if we replace the header with the old version of the files?

Our users are unable to enter their password in the Office 365 login dialog box after changing their password.
Currently, for Win10 users we delete their credential manager (old pw) and also disconnect from Settings>Accounts>Access work or School and re-connect their account. That somehow fix the issue however I would like to know the root cause of this issue and what is the permanent solution.

With the recent update to 1808 build 10730.20205 (Semi-Annual Targeted + Nov update, I think) I notice on the account page, there is a button under the "This product contains..." called "Change License"
Clicking on that button takes the user to a sign in page. The sign-in page has an option to sign in, which we block, or enter a product key, which would change the way the application is licensed.
I have deployed the special device-based license available to EDU customers. I would like to prevent users from being able to screw things up by clicking that button.
Is there any way to hide it or disable it?

I am currently using PowerPoint online on my Chromebook, and I happen to have a Fixedsys font stored in my Chromebook. PowerPoint Online happens to not include Fixedsys, which is exactly what I need to use for a YouTube video project I'm doing. If this is Microsoft reading this, can you please add a custom font function? Or if you can't, maybe can you add in Fixedsys?
