Im using OWA and have received some emails with PDF attachments which i have read and then logged out. A few weeks later i can not find the attachments on the emails the rest of the email is still available. Is there some settings that make the attachments
not visible or disappear?

Greyed out options within Outlook 2013
Various options on my Insert Tab and Format Text tabs within my Outlook new message are greyed out.
Not all options, just: Table, SmartArt, Chart, Screenshot, TextBox, WordArt, Equation & Drop Cap in "Insert Tab", and Styles within "Format Text" tab.
- It is not because I am in the To or CC field. I am in the main email field. Similarly, I have HTML as the Format, and have tried Rich & Plain this is not the problem.
- I am running Outlook, Access, Lync, Infopath, Project & Publisher 2013, but Word, PP, Excel etc. 2010.
- I have disabled Add-ins and also run in Safe Mode. This does not change anything.
Any idea how to get this working? I'm getting myself very puzzled...

How can I undelete a calendar in the trash (outlook 2013)
I am hoping someone here can help. I was trying to get my outlook calendar on to my Iphone and so installed Icloud. It created a calendar on my outlook folder that said this computer only. I (stupidly) deleted that thinking, I don't want appointments JUST on that calendar.
Now it's in the trash and when I get new appointments, and accept them, it goes to the deleted folder in the trash which I can't SEE in the rest of the outlook calendars.
Obviously I'm not super tech savvy (though I thought I was above average before this incident.) I could really use some help. I found something about signing out of Icloud which I did, but I still can't recover that magical calendar from the trash.
Anyone have any ideas for me?

Outlook 2016 "Click here to view more on Microsoft Exchange" hyperlink is missing
I've already been through the other TechNet articles on the topic and while helpful neither resolves the issue:

I have a live connection to our Exchange (O365 hosted in the cloud). When I view a folder (not in a shared mailbox) that has items older than the local cache stores I just get a message at the bottom that there are more messages on the server. The "Click here to view more on Microsoft Exchange" hyperlink never appears.
I can Search and find those items and if I go into the Folder tab and click View on Server it will display them.
Is the "Click here to view more on Microsoft Exchange" functionality gone for Outlook 2016? I am running 16.0.6568.2025 (Office 365 C2R flavor.) I am experiencing this with multiple users.

Outlook 2013 (365 Home) Quick Delete "X" Button Missing
One of the features that I like about Outlook 2013 (365 version) is the quick delete "X" button that appears in the list of emails in the inbox when you hover over a particular email. For some reason, I no longer see the "X" when I either hover or select the email. Can you help me restore this functionality?
I may not have noticed it but I now have a new tool bar at the right edge of the screen which contains "respond", "Delete" "Follow Up" and "Move" icons; I don't recall seeing that toolbar before. It doesn't bother me but it may be a clue to why the X is missing from the email list.
Any thoughts as to how to restore the Delete function within the email list will be appreciated

Why DocObject registry keys with a value of 16 are missing with Office 365 Click to Run deployment?

When installed with Office 365 Click to run deployment, DocObject registry key with a value of 16 are missing.
May I know why this registry keys are not available with Office 365 CTR?
And is there any issues if I manually updated this registry keys?
My application is having issue with loading Office documents without this keys. When I manually registry this keys I got my application working. Is that a permanent solution or could someone suggest any alternative solutions?

Volume licensing on a Terminal Server
Greetings,
I have Incode financial software installed on a Windows 2012 server with Terminal Services. Incode requires Microsoft Word in order to print some forms (Building Permits, for example). The regular Office 2013 Pro will not install on a Terminal Server. It tells me I must install an Office volume license. If I have 25 TS licenses must I install Office with a 25 user license? I only have 2 users who need it. Also... Where can I find pricing for Office volume licensing. I cannot find any prices on Microsoft's site.

Exporting email folders from Windows Live Mail to Outlook 365 results in empty folders
I'm going mad trying to do a very simple thing: Exporting emails from Windows Live Mail to Outlook 365 on the same machine.
I do the export in Windows Live Mail 2012, select "Exchange", select the folders I want to export, it looks like it exports them correctly (it counts through all the emails), but when I fire up Outlook, the folders are there BUT THEY'RE ALL EMPTY.
Can someone please help??

ODT O365ProPlus Install Error 30088-1021

I have been trying to install O365ProPlus with ODT. I am able to download with no issues. The install is kicking my butt. I have gone through several forum posts trying to pinpoint this issue. So far I have had no luck. Here is what I currently have.

documents problem between Windows 7 and Windows 10
Good day,
I have two documents, a docx and one pptx created on a Windows 7 machine with Office 2013. When I take the to a fuly patched Windows 10/Office 2013 machine both do not open. (happens on more than one machine). On a machine with Windows 10 and Office 365 they open without a problem.
I tried saving the file as doc and ppt respectively, the doc opens but looks different (acceptable) but the ppt still doesn't open.
I tried changing the trust center to open all doc variants doesn't help.
What am I missing?

excel 2013 right click - insert column doesn't work anymore (greyed out)

Haven't found an answer to this one yet:
As per yesterday, the right click functionality in Excel 2013 (prof. plus) doesn't work properly anymore. The Options "insert" and "delete" are constantly greyed out, no matter if it's an existing or a new workbook. My colleague actually has the same issue.
I tried to repair, disabled Add-ins, even made a complete new install.
The strange thing is: When going to the ribbon -> home -> cells, the insert/delete columns (or rows) function still works...
Any help would be highly appreciated!

Autocorrect right-click options in Word 2013
I don't know where else to provide this feedback.
Office team - can you please add the Autocorrect options back into the context-sensitive right-click menu on a spelling mistake in Word. I use theseall the time every day and its a PIA to not have them there.
