I use ICloud for my calendar with the add-in through Outlook. When I send a calendar item to my staff through the ICloud calendar, they do not receive and are unable to reply. Is there a way to keep me from entering on the Computer Only
calendar, sending to staff then moving the appointment to ICloud?

Outlook Deleted Calendar Item
Hi,
I have been asked a question by colleague and I'm unsure of the answer, any help and guidance would be appreciated.
My colleague has Owner access to a group of Managers Outlook Calendar and feels certain that he created an appointment item for one of these managers.
However this calendar item no longer exists, my colleague believes that the manager may have accidentally or maliciously deleted this item and wanted to know if there was any method available to him to be able to check this?
I work within an organisation that use Exchange so I imagine if push came to shove he could make a formal request for audit information, however he would like to know if there is any method available to him.
For clarity, he did not create an item in his own calendar and invite the manager, he created it for just the manager with no attendees.
Please let me know if there's any other information needed to help me.

Outlook 2013 - Search not working in Insert Business Card view!

Since updating to Outlook 2013 from Outlook 2010, we've been having issue where when a person try to "Attach item - Insert business card" the search within that view is not working. So we see user list of "contacts." Normally we can just start typing a person name and it'll jump to that section or at least bring us to the first letter section. For instead of I type in Brian, it'll jump to the B section. But in the 2013 version, it doesn't seem to be working. Typing in Brian doesn't bring out any search result. For the owner of the company who have 1000 plus contact, scrolling down to find a business card to inert is not an option! We tested this out in Outlook 2010 and again, works correctly. This is only happening with Outlook 2013 so we need help! Is there a hotfix or patch we need to address this issue?

Cannot open Word/Excel file from Mapped Drives
I have a client who's unable to access Word or Excel files from a mapped network drive (Example: T:\Random Folder\Bogusfile.docx). The file will work properly if copied to the desktop, local folder, or using the UNC path (Example:\\Server1\SharedFolder\Random Folder\Bogusfile.docx). To fix this I've tried to Repair, Online Repair, Uninstall/Reinstall, AppData profile rebuild and still not fixed. The user did state that it was working prior to an Automatic Update that installed 99 MS Office updates. Does anyone have an idea which KB could have caused this issue? My next step is to uninstall the individual updates one at a time until it works.

Windows 7 Pro 64Bit Running on a Dell Latitude 3450
MS Office 2013 Standard

Sent emails not showing in the sent folder
When i sent mails to users. the mails sent successfully. But the issue is mails are not showing in the sent folder. Can any one know about this issue.

Email Stucks in inbox
While i am trying to move mails from my inbox to personal folder getting the error as "Cannot move items. The item cannot be moved. It was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied". Can any one know about this issues? please help

Showing Calendar as Busy all the time
I am using outlook 2013. My calendar is showing me as Busy all of the time. If i am trying to plan new meeting after that i am trying to connect schedule assistance. there if i enter attendee email address it shows \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ these symbols. showing as No free/busy information could be retrieved. Any one know about this issue? Please help

How to add My Documents to Open and Save as
Hi,
How can I add My Documents to the list of places under File ->"Open" and "Save as" in Office 2013 applications?
Users in my organization are truly frustrated by having to click on "Computer" and then choosing the "My Documents" folder every time they need to access their My Documents. Any suggestions?

Outlook: No default mail client set
Hi,
We have some users that are getting the "Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client" error message. Outlook is setup as the default mail client.
I believe this happened because Office 2013 64-bit was installed first, then removed and 32-bit installed after that. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Outlook Plug-in 64-bit was also installed and later removed and reinstalled with 32-bit.
Anyone seen this scenario or know where to look to see if any remnants of these two programs could be causing this?

Office 2016 Activation dialog appears every time an Office app starts
The "Let's get started" dialog pops open every time an Office program is started, for every user who logs in, even though it is already activated.
This is a domain machine with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and Office 2016 Standard volume license version installed, and was successfully activated via a MAK key. How can I keep the wizard from running for all users?
The machine is a new ThinkPad, that originally had a trial version of Office 2016 on it. I uninstalled that via the Control Panel, as well as uninstalling the Get Office app from the Start menu, before rebooting and installing the volume license edition. A second new ThinkPad, prepared the same way, shows the same symptom. However, on legacy Win10 machines I do not see the issue after installing the same Office 2016 version and activating them.
Any suggestions as to how I can get rid of the "try-buy-activate" prompt at startup?

an encrypted connection to your mail server is not available outlook 2013
Hi guys,
I am using windows 7 Ultimate (Sp1) with Ofiice 2013 (of course using Outlook 2013 as company account), sometimes, my guests tell me that, they dont receive any emails from me (in fact, i have sent them with no error reporting). So i tried to repair Outlook but it said: an encrypted connection to your mail server is not available. Anyone has any idea to fix this?

Exchange 2010 On-premise users to Office 365

Currently we have a Exchange Server On Premise and we use OWA with our Active Directory Credentials averything works fine. After migration, we need to use Office 365 (OWA) with our Active Directory Credentials.<o:p></o:p>
We was trying to syncronizate users from our On-Premise Active Directory to Office 365 but we get some errors when O365 try to create a Mailboxes with syncronizated users.<o:p></o:p>
Can you tell/help me with what is the best way to perform this?<o:p></o:p>

I recenly upgraded to Publisher 2013. To import a scanned image from previous version all you had to do was go to insert screen and choose scanner.

Enable Notification for everyone on a Shared Folder or File
I am wondering if it is possible for everyone who has a link to a shared folder or file to receive alerts every time the folder is edited without them having to manually check before taking action. If this is possible how can I set this up so users or followers of a shared document are alerted when there's a change?

Sign Microsoft Word 2013 Document, using Self Signed Certificate and a Private Key??
1- I created a self signed certificate and a private key.
2- I imported Office 2013 GPO and enabled "alternate certificated providers".
3. I added that certificate to trusted publishers, trusted root CA's etc in windows 7.
4. Now when i click to add digital signatures to microsft word document i get "No Usable Signing Certificates are available. Please insert your smart card or contact your administrator to obtain a signing certificate"
So in short how can i sign microsoft office 2013 document with my own self signed certificate???.

Office 2013 deployment
We want to implement zero touch outlook profile generation where:
a. auto profile will auto generate, when a user login to a computer with or without existing outlook profile.
b. Outlook do not prompt for credentials
- Outlook 2013 is part of office 2013 deployment. Which option in OCT for Outlook profile can achieve a above?
There is also Outlook 2013 GPO, where
- 'Automatically configure Profile based on AD primary SMTP address" set to Enabled, and
- ZCE registry key set to 1.
However, upon open Outlook, user need to enter a name for Outlook profile; and need to go thru the steps to create Outlook profile, and asking for credentials.
what other configuration is required in order to have Outlook 2013 automatically based on their AD logon?

Assign ATP licenses to users?
Hello,
We have bought licenses for the Advanced Threat Protection as an add-on for EOP in Office 365. Our IT service provider tells us it is not necessary to assign the licenses to the individual users to het the ATP working. Is this true?
I'm not really satisfied with the ATP at this time, no e-mails are being blocked, the reporting tool reflects this.
Can anybody confirm or deny that the licenses have to be assigned in order to get the ATP working properly?

Automatically Update contact from GAL
I need to have outlook contacts in outlook updated dynamically. I need to add, update, and remove users in the GAL to peoples contacts automatically. I have read about the social media connector but can't figure out a way to make it do this task, I am not sure if I am on the wrong path with that or not. Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated. built in preferred 3rd party ok too.

MS Publisher & unbelievably slow printing...
I've got a small office network, Win7 clients, 2008 SBS & a couple of network printers. The main issue here is with printing Publisher docs to an HP Color Laser jet 4600. There's a jet direct board in the printer, a 20GB EIO HD & 416 MB of ram.
Documents are created in Publisher 2013, colored text & contain a couple of color photos. My 'control' doc is approx 150 MB & takes 9 minutes to get one copy to initially print. I'm pretty sure that this problem is specific to Publisher, as I can print
PDFs or photos (out of Windows Photo Viewer) in a reasonable amount of time, plus google searches on the topic show tons of questions, tons of 'fixes' & tons of answers like 'that didn't work for me'. I can make a PDF of the doc & it will print nearly
instantly, as the PDF is only about 9 MB, but trying toi teach old dogs (IE, customer) new tricks (IE, using a real DTP program, or even printing that to a PDF first) are sometimes easier said than done. I currently have client set up to print directly to
the printer (sharing on server was even worse), tried different options, PCL vs PS driver, spooling, printing directly to the printer, but nothing seems to work! A couple of other factors to consider, which may or may not matter are there's a missing font
message, which customer says 'oh, just ignore that'. Fonts all seem to print correctly, so I'm assuming this could be a space, a return, something that shouldn't matter. A real DTP (InDesign, Quark) program has the option to show missing fonts, but I'm trying
to not go off on a Publisher trashing rant here. Another thing is the linked images are buried pretty deep on a network share, not sure if that's affecting it, either. Tried Publisher's option to save/collect job to take to an actual commercial printer to
trouble shoot & it gave ne a copy of the doc & a PDF of it, no fonts or images, WTF?!?
So if there are any Publisher wizards out there, I am all ears!
