Hello,
I am working with a user who is managing two inboxes; another user's and her own. She is attempting to organize all items and subfolders in the other user's inbox (there are roughly 40+ subfolders). However, whenever she attempts to consolidate files
and subfolders, Outlook 2013 keeps trying to synchronize everything
within both mailboxes rather than just updating the folders being modified (destination folder) which occupies and slows the application down.
My question is: Are there sync settings that can be configured to have just thoseparticular folders that are being modified to sync/update rather than have Outlook updateall folders?
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
Jacob
Edit: The PC is running Windows 7 x64 with 8GB RAM.
