I will like to say thank you for this forum and opportunity.
I bought a new printer HP Deskjet 3510 series which have installed and successfully print out the WINDOW PRINTER TEST PAGE.
The challenge is that it only prints WORD AND NOTE PAD DOCUMENTS BUT IF I TRY PRINTING EXCEL, PDF & POWER POINT
DOCUMENTS it doesn't find the printer and so dont print.
I have uninstalled and re-installed several times. What should i do.
KINDLY ASSIST.
