Outlook 2013 deleting message content of emails in Public Folders on Exchange 2010 server

I have an Outlook 2013 client connecting to Public Folders hosted on an Exchange Server 2010. The 2013 client literally deletes the HTML content of messages when I select the email, I don't even have to open it, the inline preview information goes away and when I open the message it is then blank. Here are my tests and results:

Test #1:

I opened a message from a public folder in Outlook 2010 and viewed it to verify that it had content. I then went back to Outlook 2013 and as soon as I selected the same message I had opened in 2010 and viewed it, the inline preview disappeared and when I opened the message, it was blank.  I then went back to Outlook 2010 to verify that the message was indeed blank.

Test #2:

I continued testing by selecting and opening another message in Public Folders with Outlook 2010 to verify that it had content. Then I just selected, I did NOT open, that same message in the public folders using Outlook 2013 and the preview once again went blank. I then went back to Outlook 2010 and the content of that message was blank.

Mitigation Attempts:

This is happening on 2 systems, both Windows 7 Pro 64-bit which are fully up to date with all Microsoft patches for Windows and Office. I have run 3 virus scans (AVG, ESET, and AVAST) along with the local Kaspersky Antivirus as well as Combofix and Malwarebytes on the systems and all showed good. I have also done registry cleanup on both PC's as well to try and alleviate any windows configuration errors.

The Exchange 2010 server is running on Windows 2008 R2 64-bit Server and both the installation and operating system are patched and up to date. I'm really at a loss here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Luckily I haven't started rolling out Office 2013 to the masses yet. Maybe I won't be able to?  But I'd really like to find a solution to this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
