Lync 2013 presence in SharePoint not working

Hi all

One of our Clients (Windows 7 64bit, Office 2013 64 bit) can't see any Lync presence Information on SharePoint (using IE11). Name.dll is existing, Addon "NameCtrl Class" is also active. I have also checked the ActiveX Settings in IE. No success.

Any suggestions?
