I am very disappointed with Microsoft Outlook 2013 as the Sent Items and Drafts folders are missing!!! I have read that Microsoft has deleted these two features from Outlook 365 and it is ridiculous that they did this and now if I want to view sent items I have to exit Outlook and open Gmail - the whole purpose of paying all this money for Outlook was to improve on Gmail. Has anyone out there got a simple solution for this as I'm using Windows 8.1? Thanks
PROBLEM RESOLVED:
I contacted a technician who "expanded" all the folders by double clicking on those 3 dots at the bottom of the Outlook screen. It's too bad that Outlook doesn't come with these expanded automatically as the average person wouldn't even know where to begin to fix this problem. I viewed a lot of posts online with people suggesting editing the IMAP feature but DON'T DO THIS or your Outlook will crash and you will have to reinstall everything!
I do recommend to those of you who have recently purchased Office to expand your folders as suggested if you wish to view the Sent items, Draft Items etc folders.
Kudos to Microsoft's technician who came online to help as she fixed the problem in 3 minutes flat whereas I was horsing around with it for 3 days and getting nowhere!!!
Enjoy your Office 2013 it's a great program!
