how to prevent date & time be added under section name in office

hi frinds

in Microsoft onenote 2013, when i create a section (tab), at the top of the section, under the section name, date & time is added automatically. i don't want this to be happen, so i manually delete date & time. so how can i prevent date & time  be added  under section name.
