I have a users whos Outlook 2013 is stuck in an "update in progress" state. This is causing the programs basic functionality to no work. According to a forum i found on here a fix for the issue is...Control Panel > Program and Features > Microsoft Office > Change > Online Repair.
When i go to control panel and select change i get 4 radio buttons, these are Add or Remove Features, Repair, Remove and Enter a Product Key.
Why don't i get the Quick Repair and Online Repair options like everyone else? I have Office Professional Plus 2013 installed. Windows 7 64-bit. I have tried the repair option available to me but this doesn't fix the problem.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
