Office 2013 IMAP VS Windows Live Mail IMAP

PC clean install of the Windows 7 32 Bit, all Updates.  Clean install of office 2013 and all updates.

Setup outlook profile using IMAP.  Mail initially syncs, subsequent send/receives won't receive any new messages.

Windows Live Mail Setup using the same IMAP settings works fine.

Using a win7 64 bit, and office 2013 outlook IMAP, same mail account settings works fine.
