We are currently using Microsoft Outlook 2013 in our office. We have a public contact folder that is shared by everyone in the office. Right now, all of the contacts are listed in alphabetical order according by first name. How can we have them listed
by last name alphabetically? I know you need to go into each contact and change the "file as" to 'last name, first name" but we have thousands of contacts. Is there a way to change them all at one time?
