Reprinting problem in Office 365

I have office 365 and working from sometimes back. I generally print on network printer specially attached to my System/ not shared. In MS Word and Excel which I mostly use first time printing is fine and prompt. As soon I try to print the same document it says spooling while printer is free I have update drivers and even firmware of the printer but of no use. I feel there must be some reprinting of same document in a session technique in MS office. please help to resolve.
