Hi,
I have recently upgraded from office 2010 to office 2013. Previously i was using Outlook 2010 to connect to my outlook.com account. Now I am using Outlook 2013 to connect to my outlook.com mail account. However, Outlook 2013 is only reflecting mails starting from the mails that i had received three weeks ago. It is not reflecting the recent mails that i receive.
I have tried everything. i deleted the old .pst files and also the old profile. created a new profile also. But still am unable to see any new mails in OUTLOOK 2013. However, I do receive the mails in outlook.com mail account. Please help.
Also, Outlook 2013 just displaying CONNECTED TO SERVER. but it is not updating my whole inbox folder. I still dont see all my mails from outlook.com account in OUTLOOK 2013.
