Opening OneNote from SharePoint generates error

Hi All, We have a OneNote file on SharePoint 2010.  Previously, when I'd click to open it on Windows 7 32-bit and OneNote 2010 all was fine.  I'm now on Windows 8 64-bit with OneNote 2013.  When I click the link on SharePoint to open the OneNote file I receive a message which states:

This location "C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\01GZH0A5" cannot be opened as a notebook because it is a system folder.

Clicking OK to this message then proceeds to open the file without any further issues.  It's a *.onetoc2 file.  I'm not sure if this is because of permissions on my new system, an issue with OneNote 2013, Windows 8, or something on SharePoint, but since I've only seen this error in OneNote 2013 I figured I'd start here and see if anyone had any suggestions.

Regards
