I am using Word of Office 365 to type English document, it does not show proof reading alert.
I clicked into the Word Options and checked the Language, and I found that 'English' proofing tool is 'not installed.'
I clicked the provided link and downloaded the English proofing tool, closed the Word and reopen it, no changes at all.
Then I read the 'English Proofing Tools suddenly missing and WON'T install-Office 2013' in your website. I followed the advice given by your staff. I quote the instruction provided by your staff as follows:-
"Click on Start > Control Panel > Control Panel > double-click Programs and Features > Click Microsoft Office 2010 Edition > click Change > In the Microsoft Office Edition dialog box > click Add or Remove Features > Continue > Expand Office Shared Features > click the icon to the left of Proofing Tools > then click Run all from My Computer > Continue."
It worked yesterday BUT today when i want to open a word document, it is opened in Word 2010 but not Word of Office 365. When I open the Word of Office 365, no English proofing tool. I did the whole thing once again this morning but it does not work.
Please do not ask me to goto other forum and please do not ask me to read the 'Plan for Multilanguage Deployment of Office 2013' I have done it and cannot resolve the problem, please give me advice.
