Open Sharepoint services 3.0 documents with office 2013

Hi

we are using SharePoint services 3.0 with document libraries.

we have lookup fields on the library meta data.

problem started when upgraded users office to 2013 the document information panel is not

loading, the error they get is "the document information panel was unable to load".

office standard 2010 works fine

office 2013 pro plus works fine

office standard 2013 get this error
