Hi team,
I have issue with Microsoft Office 365.
My Office apps instances connected to O365 demo tenant (it prefilled by demo content and address book).
So I can use Outlook, Lync, Word, etc. In Outlook and Lync I can see contacts with pictures and contact cards.
But if I try to insert comment in Word, author's info does't appears. Word shows only Name, but not photo and contact card.
And next strange thing is that in "Current document editors" contacts loaded successfully.
What can cause that behavior?
p.s. I'm going forward through the following tutorial [moddemodocs.blob.core.windows.net/documents/Office_Enterprise_Hero_Demo.docx] and facing an issue in Word.
This tutorial contains following text: manual step: right click to delete Microsoft Persona comments, then re-make them when logged into Windows as one of the Lync buddies from that the Office 365 trial tenant. This is so that the photo and contact card show up with presence etc. during the demo.
I did it, but it doesn't help.
Any suggestions?
