Office 2013 Error 25004 - Systemerrror 1073418218

Hello

I get the Error 25004 - Systemerrror 1073418218.

I already reinstalled Office 2013 twice, used FixIt from Microsoft and tried what I could find on the internet about this topic.

Nothing helps so far. 

Can you please tell me what I can do?

Or is the only chance to format my PC????

I use Windows 7 32 Bit (German) and had before Office 2010 on my PC.
