Outlook 2013 Keeps crashing and restarting

I have 2 computers running Outlook 2013. Both running Windows 8.1 64-bit, one standard and one with the Pro Pack.

Every single day outlook crashes and restarts about every 10 to 15 minutes, but only during the morning hours. Once we have been "using" it for about an hour or two, it stops.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, new profiles, and all that jazz all with no luck.

Digging through the logs i have come across these 3 errors that keep popping up:

I have scoured the internet trying to find a solution and i can't find anything that applies to the systems/versions i am having issues with.
