hello
I have a user running OneDrive for business all setup on a new PC. This was working fine until a recent BSOD and since the restart, OneDrive will no longer start up. I've completely removed Office 365 pro plus and re-installed it and also deleted his C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OFFICE\Spw folder and C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OFFICE\15.0\OfficeFileCache folders, however when we try to launch OneDrive, we get this message and I cannot get rid of it. Any help please?
