I've had the pleasure of going through all the help questions and frankly speaking i'm a little disappointed as to the quality of answers. You might as well be automated bots referring us to one help link that refers us to another help link. But before i pass a final judgement i decided to share my issue with OUTLOOK 2013 'Sending but not Receiving' Case.
Let me share with you the parameters in the form of a brief and perhaps one of your engineers will be able to assist:
PROBLEM: Email is sending but not receiving.
ACCOUNT TYPE: POP3
HISTORY & SIMULATION:
1. Account was previously working just fine. Just fine = Sends & Recieves
2. Suddenly I open OUTLOOK 2013 and informs me the .pst file is not opening
3. Long story short - I decide to uninstall OUTLOOK 2013 and Re-install.
4. Newly Installed Outlook opens again asking me for the .pst of my previous account.
5. After assigning the .pst file it informs it is not working.
6. I delete all data files
7. I setup a new account
8. Test of account works
9. I click finish
10. I do not receive the TEST Account Email?
11. I send an email from the account to an external email x.gmail address - the email is sent - progress bar was active
12. I confirm receiving the email from the external account x.gmail
13. I send an email to myself - the email is sent - progress bar was active
14. I go to a web panel of my email and confirm that the server received the email - Outlook however does not receive.
15. When clicking on sending and receive the progress bar remains blank - no message, no error, nothing.
16. I send an email from an external email x.gmail to my outlook setup account - email is sent but not received.
All emails send to my assigned outlook account is received on my mobile, as well as the server web mail. But not outlook. Again, the account successfully passed the account test provided by OUTLOOK.
Solve it, and .... well you get a happy customer. Don't solve it, and... well you owe me $120.
... Lastly... if you can't solve it and for some mystical reason and IT teenager does, please send me the number of you VP Operations so I can gladly forward the young kids CV --> God know's he deserve one of your chairs.
