KeyTips (Alt key shortcuts) appear sequentially and slow me down

Hi,

I recently installed Office 2013 on my computer and I'm finding the new KeyTips very annoying. When I click the Alt key, the KeyTips appear across the ribbon sequentially from left to right instead of all at once. So, whenever I want to do a long combination of Key tips, such as Alt, H, F, C, I cannot navigate the ribbon as quickly, and the command is executed a few seconds after I finish typing. How can I deactivate this feature so that KeyTips appear all at once instead of sequentially from left to right?
