My company has 2 Offices (NJ & Florida) with 25 employees. We schedule in-office appointments as well as road trips for the employees. Currently we use a calendar in a Public Folder for these appointments but the practice is to set up an All Day Event for each appointment and in the notes list which employee(s) is/are scheduled for the appointment(s).
We make no use of the scheduling tools of Outlook, inviting attendee's etc and one of the biggest complaints from employees are the public folder appointments do not show up on each users personal calendar.
Can anyone suggest a really good practice for incorporating this into our office environment. We would like to have all the company appointments on one calendar but each appointment also show up on the employees personal calendar. When we sit down for a meeting, we would ideally like to be able to print out the entire month to see who is attending an appointment. When we schedule a meeting, we would like to be able to use the scheduling tool in Outlook. We are all on office 365 using Office 2010 and later clients
