New pc with Office365 Outlook 2013 and WIN8
Have an IMAP account through rackspace. Emails do not populate unless I close/open Outlook. Webmail works just fine. No rules set, no add-ins. I set up the same profile on another pc. Same issue.
She is the only person in the company who has WIN8 w/office365 Outlook 2013 on a brand new pc, She is the only person with problems with her new emails. Others are using office365 with Outlook 2013 and none of us have issues. What
should we try?
Please advise.
