I have opted for the option "Hide to tray when minimized" in Outlook 2013. Now the issue arises when i click on reply email, it opens a reply tab within the main outlook conversation tab (i.e. not popped out) and lets say I want to attach a file which is on the desktop and when I minimize the outlook2013 main windows with the reply window open it goes into taskbar so I cannot drag and drop files. In order to do this I have to pop the reply windows out and then do the needful. Is there anyway around this? i.e. when the reply or forward tab is open the outlook should not minimize to the taskbar?
