kiosk type application with Word 2013 - eliminate exit option on file menu

I have a kiosk-like app which allows only the use of Word 2013 and a library of .dotx's.

I want to remove exit option from file menu and possibly other commands.

I would like to do this via GPO and Admx's of possible. I saw the custom option under Disable Items in User Interface, but am not familiar with the referenced "command bar id".

Can anyone help?
