Office 2013

When I originally registered with Microsoft Office, I entered a password, that I now do not remember.  I then created a new password and when I enter it to verify Microsoft Office, it will not accept it.  It keeps telling me that I have to enter the original password.  After today, I will not be able to have full access to the Microsoft Office products.  I purchased a 24 month extension, instead of the free 1 month trial.  Please help me.
