One of our users has a problem with her video calls. They see her camera. But she doesn't see her own and other on her own Lync2013 windows. It just shows her profile picture on her own computer. If i go into options. I see that the webcam is working because it is showing her video. Also if she uses lync via a browser to do a video call it works also. Its her lync client that is the problem. If i log on with another user to the computer its the same problem also. I can't see my own or others video. I tried reinstalling it. also update the video drivers. And webcam drivers. Does anybody have an idea what the problem could be? Also the latest updates are installed. I'm out of clues what to do.
