Out of office works and then fails

The user cannot turn out of office on they get this message.

Out of office works for all other users using same software versions at the company. When I recreate her Outlook profile I can turn it on, after about 1 minute I then start getting the error again. This happens with or without cache mode. 

Checking auto configuration tests work successfully. Any ideas?
