I've downloaded and installed a trial version of Office 2013 from TechNet. When I get to the download screen on TechNet that provides me with a product key, I receive the following message:
"Your Product Key is: Please refresh your browser (F5) to receive your key "
This is a fresh install of Office (rather than upgrading a previous version). I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium and browsing with Internet Explorer 10. I press f5, which does not help. I am logged into my TechNet account. In Office, when given the option of entering the product key or logging into TechNet to activate, I get a message telling me that no office products are associated with this account.
I posed this question to the Microsoft live chat helpdesk who redirected me here. Any help would be appreciated.
