I have Visio Pro 2013, which was licensed through my company. The company is now on Office 365, through which I installed Office 2016. But Visio is not part of that suite...it is installed separate (2013 version). When I noticed Visio told me product activation failed, I tried signing out and signing back in. When I enter my email address (for my company) it asks if this is a 'work or school account' or a 'personal account'. I want to log in as 'work or school' so I'm connected to the license and everything, but it tells me my user id or password is incorrect. If I log in as 'personal account', that does let me sign in, but of course it still says activation failed. Please - how can I clear this out / get around this so I am signed in to Visio with my company account? Note I can log into Office with this account just fine.
