Onenote - different font sizes for different languages

Hi,

Is there a way to make OneNote 2013 use a different font size for different languages? The default font size for Arabic and Hindi is too small (especially for a learner). For the moment I'm using the shortcut to increase and decrease size which works fine but if I am editing a table and then move out of the table the font size is reset.

Is it possible to make OneNote change font-size automatically when I change to Arabic or Hindi character sets? Can I achieve this using some kind of setting or template?
