We have updated about 10 computers with MS Office 2013, and moved to Outlook 2013, since that change we have many issues regarding IMAP synchronization. After 3-4 days and after everything seemed OK one of the users reported that he received no mails. Checked the sync issues folder, nom error there, checked windows log files no errors either, checked IMAP server's logs no errors, the client just stopped receiveg email and sync now button works as if everything is OK. The only temporary solution is deleting the ost file, after that the mailbox synced fine for about 3 more days, after that the issue reappeared. The Office installation is a 32bit one and the system is windows 7 x64. Is there a solution for this problem?
