OneNote 2010 / 2013 compatibility

Hi

Problem: Opening 2013 onenote in 2010

I created a onenote book and placed it in Sharepoint 2013. onenote 

2010 has issues opening it.

 2010 Sp1, the machine with Office 2010 Sp1, complains but still opens it. Making a change and saving the document from 2010 does not fix the issue. The next time it has the same grizzle.

Are we meant to only used 2007 docs !!

When you look at the export options, it has export a section for 2010 - 2013, (i did this as well, same result)

>> What is the deal, how do you make it compatible ? (i could see no save as options in onenote or compatibility settings)
